He said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I have no knowledge of the letter and where it was generated to speak on it or comment but if you are saying the amount in question is in the district of $6 000 it could be the gross income.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"ThKs5Y1D\">\n<ul>\n<li>Madanha\u2019s remarks follow the circulation on social media of an offer letter dated January 10 believed to have originated from Zinara written on the institution\u2019s letterhead.\n<p>While Madanha confirmed that a general manager with the institution is getting paid around $20 000, ZINARA Acting Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Moses Chigonyati refused to comment on the matter indicating that it was a private matter as the employers and organisation had signed non-disclosure agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0Zimbabwe National Roads Administration (ZINARA) Board chair\u00a0Michael Madanha\u00a0said that he is not aware of the letter which revealed that tolling cashiers earn over $6 000 per month.
