He further claimed the cartels, more specifically Trafigura, were causing turmoil in Zanu PF according to the publication.<\/p>\n<p>Said Mtsvangwa to the publication:<\/p>\n<div class=\"OtbpxG1o\">\n<p>The cartel almost grabbed power in 2017. Their hold on power since 2017 has been sliding down a greasy pole<\/p>\n<p>From being at the top in 2017, they are now sliding down a greasy pole that is why Trafigura is running for the exit because the cartel was saying do whatever you want, we have the executive powers in the country.<\/p>\n<p>They were saying they run Munhumutapa Building (Mnangagwa\u2019s office), we run the Ministry of Finance, the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, all the ministries as you know are at their command and they say all the enabling ministries are at their command<\/p>\n<p>Mutsvangwa also claimed Trafigura\u2019s activities were causing chaos in the Ruling party and angering businessmen across the region according to the publication.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Politburo\u00a0member\u00a0Chris Mutsvangwa\u00a0in an interview with The standard said the so-called cartels believed to be running the country are under an illusion that they are running the country.
