Rutendo Matinyarare who is behind the Zimbabweans Unites Against US War sanctions have produced the following dossiers in which he asks Old Mutuals and other entities to reign in their organisation Econet which he calls a Mafia enterprise.<\/p>\n

In the 12 paged document meant for the shareholders of Econet like Old Mutual and 6 other enterprises, Matinyanyire gives a background of his story and says Econet and its affiliates mentioned in the dossier are corrupt and Strive Masiyiwa has been on the epicenter of what Matinyarare called a corrupt mob.<\/p>\n

Matinyarare goes on to give a length history about Econet, it\u2019s listing of the stock exchange and how Masiyiwa was running the company among other claims,<\/p>\n

The dossier makes further claims that Econet was being corrupt and even give a story of how Econet tasking small clearing agents to illegally clear its imports and one Edward Matambanadzo even testified against the entity but he died after receiving the whistleblower reward notification from the RBZ. Matinyarare even implicates lawyer Tawanda Nyambirai on the issue of Edward\u2019s death.<\/p>\n

The report further claims Econet does not adhere to corporate governance and provides an argument to substantiate his claims.<\/p>\n
