The hardliners, led by presidential spokesperson George Charamba on Tuesday claimed that South Africa was too young a democracy to intervene in Zimbabwe\u2019s internal affairs.<\/p>\n
Writing on Twitter, Charamba lampooned South Africa, saying the country had no capacity to help any SADC country, except simply offering solidarity messages.<\/p>\n
