Outspoken South African coach Mlungisi \u2018Professor\u2019 Ngubane says Khama Billiat should emulate his Kaizer Chiefs teammate Willard Katsande and work hard to prove his critics wrong on the pitch.<\/p>\n
Speaking in an interview with Star FM\u2019s Daily Sports Zone on Thursday, Ngubane said he will not withdraw his age-cheating allegations against Billiat. He said:<\/p>\n
I am talking about Billiat because he has been my favourite player. I don\u2019t support Chiefs; I don\u2019t support Sundowns but I love a player that can express himself.<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t hate Billiat, you know what I like about Katsande, even if he is not playing well he can show you that he wants to play, he is a fighter. He always shows commitment.<\/p>\n
Billiat sometimes it\u2019s like he doesn\u2019t care, that\u2019s my problem he doesn\u2019t try hard enough.<\/p>\n
Ngubane insisted that he will not take back his words and the onus was on Billiat to prove his critics wrong. He said:<\/p>\n
I will always speak out what I see and what I think it is. I won\u2019t take my words back because I want Billiat to read those words for him to take those words positive and he must work hard to prove us that none of that is true.<\/p>\n
I am just saying because most of the players cheated age, I was once a young boy and at the age of 26, I was not doing what I used to do when I was 25.<\/p>\n
(I think) Khama doesn\u2019t want to be with Chiefs, if he wants to be with Chiefs maybe there is something wrong, maybe he cheated age. Maybe he came here saying he was 22 when he was 25 I don\u2019t know.<\/p>\n
Ngubane added that Billiat\u2019s body language suggests that he was not happy playing for Chiefs but he has no other option than perform as he is being paid a lot of money.<\/p>\n
