The duo announced that it had arrived in Malawi and has since surrendered itself to that country\u2019s police.<\/p>\n<p>Bushiri\u2019s lawyer Thabang Mathopo told the Court Thursday that he was not aware of his clients\u2019 whereabouts. Mathopo said:<\/p>\n<p>For the record at this stage, I don\u2019t have clear instructions on the whereabouts of my clients. As the court says I also only know what I read in the media, but at this stage, I don\u2019t have clear instructions.<\/p>\n<p>The Bushiris who are accused of fraud and money laundering involving over R100 million were supposed to be in court on Thursday for the continuation of the bail application of their co-accused, Willah Mudolo.<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate Thandi Theledi who had granted them bail ruled that the Bushiris had forfeited to the state their R5.5 million property which was tied to their bail.<\/p>\n<p><b>More: SABC News<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Zimbabwe.
