Africa-Press<\/a> – Zimbabwe<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>NPF Official Jealous Mawarire has taken the time to analyze the audio that is circulating on social media purporting to be Tendai Masotsha claiming that Tawanda Muchehiwa a 22-year-old Journalism Student wanted to burn government buildings on 31 July.<\/p>\n

Using his official Twitter Mawarire said:<\/p>\n

This audio raises a lot of questions.Assuming it\u2019s Masotcha speaking & let\u2019s say everything she is saying there is true & @TeeMuchehiwa confided in her<\/p>\n

Why wld Tawanda need money from Masotcha to buy food 4 pple in safe houses if Tawanda had been given money from \u201cAmerica? \u201cSo Tawanda was given money from America to only buy explosives & hire gunmen but that money wasn\u2019t supposed to buy food for pple in safe houses?<\/p>\n

If Tawanda confided in Masotcha that he wanted to carry out terrorist activities (kuita misikanzwa) as she puts it, why didn\u2019t Masotcha reprimand him semunhu mukuru? So she was ok giving such a person her flyers & become complicity in the terrorist attacks Tawanda allegedly wanted to commit? Or, Masotcha now wants to justify selling out Tawanda?<\/p>\n

If Tawanda told Masotcha all these plans,as a senior leader of the party,who else did she tell about Tawanda\u2019s plans since she seemed not to approve of them? What did she do to dissuade the young man? Is Masotcha now cooking up this story to blackmail the MDC investigating team in order to safeguard her party position?<\/p>\n

Is Masotcha creating this fable inorder to justify state security agents abducting Tawanda? If so, who is she working for?<\/p>\n

Armed with information on Tawanda\u2019s alleged plans, as a \u2018responsible\u2019 citizen that she wants to portray, why didn\u2019t she report the case to the police & let police handle the issue? Did she sell this her story to the Ferret team? If she did, why didn\u2019t she use the police? What\u2019s her relationship with the Ferrets?<\/p>\n

Muchehiwa has responded to the audio circulating and said what Masotsha is saying was said by his abductors and torturers which might insinuate that Masotsha at some point might have spoken to the people or relayed the information to the people who then told the information to the people who abducted Muchehiwa.<\/p>\n

Masotsha is saying the people Tawanda was planning to bomb government businesses with might be the ones who sold him out to the suspected state agents that abducted him.<\/p>\n
