The business has mobilised enough capital to set up a hanger and for the requisite standard civil works at the airstrip.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the project Mrs. Marema said:<\/p>\n<p>We have since lodged our application with the relevant Government departments. Our plan is to have a hanger and rehabilitate the current airstrip in the town.<\/p>\n<p>Beitbridge is developing rapidly as a town and hence we want to invest in this critical service and contribute to Zimbabwe\u2019s tourism development.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the government has announced it is constructing a State of the art airport in the border town of Beitbridge 20kms North of Beitbridge. .<\/p>\n<p>More: Chronicle<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Zimbabwe.
