We present the SI below.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Health and Child Care has, in terms of section 8(1) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) Regulations, 2020 (published in Statutory Instrument 77 of 2020), made the following order:\u2014<\/p>\n<p>1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) (National Lockdown) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order, 2020 (No. 7).<\/p>\n<p>2. The Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) (National Lockdown) (No. 2) Order, 2020, published in Statutory Instrument 200 of 2020 (hereinafter called \u201cthe principal order\u201d), is amended in section 2 (\u201cInterpretation\u201d) in paragraph (b)(vi) of the definition of \u201cpublic place\u201d by the deletion of \u201cdo not exceed fifty (50) persons at a time\u201d and the substitution of \u201cdo not exceed one hundred (100) persons at a time\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>3. Section 5 (\u201cPublic gatherings\u201d) of the principal order is amended in subsection (1)\u2014<\/p>\n<p>(a) in paragraph (a) by the deletion of \u201cnot more than fifty (50) persons at a time\u201d and the substitution of \u201cnot more than one hundred (100) persons at a time\u201d;<\/p>\n<p>(b) in paragraph (b) by the deletion of \u201cnot more than fifty (50) persons at a time\u201d and the substitution of \u201cnot more than one hundred (100) persons at a time\u201d;<\/p>\n<p>(c) in paragraph (i) by the deletion of \u201cnot more than fifty (50) adult individuals\u201d and the substitution of \u201cnot more than one hundred (100) adult individuals\u201d;<\/p>\n<p>(d) in paragraph (k) by the deletion of \u201cnot more than fifty (50) adult individuals\u201d and the substitution of \u201cnot more than one hundred (100) adult individuals\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>4. Section 18 (\u201cAdditional Part V exempted persons: low-risk sportspersons\u201d) (4)(b) of the principal order is amended by the deletion of \u201cin excess of fifty (50) spectators\u201d and the substitution of \u201cin excess of one hundred (100) spectators\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>5. Section 25 (\u201cCurfew: limitation of business hours and other measures affecting businesses\u201d) of the principal order is amended in subsection (6) by the repeal of paragraph (a) and the substitution of the following paragraphs\u2014<\/p>\n<p>\u201c(a) every supermarket, food retail store, fuel outlet, hunting safari operator, professional hunter and non-essential business shall open not earlier than 0800 and close no later than 1830 hours on every business day; and<\/p>\n<p>(a1) every restaurant shall open not earlier than 0800 and close no later than 2000 hours on every business day; and\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Zimbabwe.
