Africa-Press<\/a> – Zimbabwe<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>FC Platinum forward Silas Songani insists there is too much work to do this Wednesday when Pure Platinum Play take on Simba Soccer Stars at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.<\/p>\n

Speaking after the team\u2019s first training session in Dar Salaam, Tanzania, Songani who missed the first leg in Harare due to injury, said:<\/p>\n

We had a great result against Simba Stars but one swallow doesn\u2019t make a summer.<\/p>\n

We still have so much in front of us but the players\u2019 honesty and integrity, hard work and willingness to progress, those are the ingredients spurring us on.<\/p>\n

What has impressed me more about this group is the desire to train hard and every player is focussed fighting for a place in the team.<\/p>\n

Songani commended the club leadership for allowing the team to travel early to enable the players to acclimatise to the weather conditions in the Tanzanian capital.<\/p>\n

At the team\u2019s first training session the temperatures were around 31 degrees and the humidity was 66 per cent.<\/p>\n
