Is Why Staying At Home Keeps You Safe From Corona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press-Zimbabwe<\/p>\n<p>Governments across the world have encouraged, and at times, forced citizens to stay at home to curb the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by the transmission of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).<\/p>\n<p>COVID-19 was first identified in December 2019 in Wuhan, China and the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the disease a Public Health Emergency of International Concern in January 2020, and a pandemic in March 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Staying at home is still considered one of the best ways of preventing the spread of the pandemic, with several countries across the world, Zimbabwe included, in the grip of a deadlier second wave.<\/p>\n<p>The
