Africa-Press<\/a> – Zimbabwe<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Marry Chiwenga whose application to have her bail conditions relaxed so that she can go to South Africa to seek medical treatment was dismissed by the High Court is appealing the High Court\u2019s decision at the Supreme Court, The Herald reports.<\/p>\n

Marry who is suffering from an ailment that causes swelling of hands and legs filed an application at the Supreme Court on Wednesday against Justice Chikowero dismissing her appeal last year on the basis that there were some grey areas on her application and she failed to prove that her condition was dire and she needed to cross the Limpopo to get medical attention.<\/p>\n

However, her lawyers are still contending that she should travel to South Africa to be treated according to the publication:<\/p>\n

In her appeal, through her lawyers, Mtetwa and Nyambirai, Mubaiwa insists that the variation of her bail conditions should be allowed, arguing that she is in constant pain, has grossly swollen feet, hands and large open wounds as detailed by her local doctor.<\/p>\n
