Many who wrote to Econet complained about the poor network which they said made them unable to use the data bundles they had purchased. One customer wrote on Twitter:<\/p>\n

Dear @econetzimbabwe, with all due respect I would like to express my disappointment in your below par service that you are providing these days. Please know that these bundles are being bought by people\u2019s sweat to expire without being used. Just address the problem, thank you.<\/p>\n
