Africa-Press<\/a> – Zimbabwe<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>United Democratic Alliance (UDA) president Daniel Shumba said the establishment of an inter-ministerial team by President Emmerson Mnangagwa to take over and speed up service delivery in all opposition-run councils will not yield positive results.<\/p>\n

Mnangagwa told state media over the weekend that his government had instituted an inter-ministerial task force headed by Vice-President Constantino Chiwenga to deal with service delivery in local authorities under the MDC Alliance\u2019s control.<\/p>\n

He accused the opposition councillors of failing to fulfil their mandate and engaging in egregious corruption.<\/p>\n

But Shumba argued that dishonesty, propaganda and gangster tactics are part of Zanu PF\u2019s DNA and the ruling party is focused on state capture in order to subjugate citizens. Said Shumba:<\/p>\n

The limitless obsession for dictatorial rule knows no bounds. Proper corporate governance systems would easily achieve the desired Councils outcomes.<\/p>\n

Instead, July Moyo has long been at work to undermine constitutionalism and the rule of law. Ingredients of a failed State.<\/p>\n

Indeed rampant corruption and mismanagement of Councils are evident, but the master of these evils is the Zanu PF regime (Pot accusing Kettle of being black).<\/p>\n

Before the Hyena eats its children, it first accuses them of smelling like goats. Such is a sign of failed leadership.<\/p>\n

The Zanu PF regime rates among the most corrupt and entitled regimes in the world. They are clueless, impetuous and impervious to reason.<\/p>\n

Despite their delinquencies, they will use brute force and crude tactics to achieve their convoluted goals. We\u2019re gone to the Dogs.<\/p>\n

The regime can\u2019t fix what they don\u2019t understand. You need knowledge, corporate governance and value systems, trained human resources and budgetary support.<\/p>\n

Without this, nothing about operation \u2018restore legacy\u2019 will restore anything. We demand renewal and vision. Not thuggery.<\/p>\n

Zimbabwe\u2019s future cannot be entrusted to the failed and clearly corrupt bidders. These Coup conspirators are obsessed with power and greed.<\/p>\n
