He demanded the money from a Chinese businessman who wanted to have work permits processed for his employees at Diamond Cement.<\/p>\n<p>Acting on a tip-off, ZACC investigators reportedly set a trap leading to Badza\u2019s arrest at Sam Levy Village. The publication quoted a source as saying:<\/p>\n<p>The CIO operative was in the habit of swindling money from the same guy until he got fed up and reported the matter to Zacc leading to his arrest after he received US$3 500 which was marked.<\/p>\n<p>Badza is expected to appear in court Wednesday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Zimbabwe.
