Africa-Press<\/a> – Zimbabwe<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>ZANU PF Manicaland provincial chairman Mike Madiro has accused his political \u201cenemies\u201d of playing dirty in a bid to oust him as party provincial chair.<\/p>\n

Zimbabwe National Liberation War Veteran Association (ZNLWA) provincial political commissar Gift Kagweda recently said the association and its affiliates had decided to dump Madiro.<\/p>\n

Kagweda said some of the war veterans felt there was a need for change in the leadership in Manicaland province, suggesting that the Madiro should give others a chance.<\/p>\n

He said they were still weighing options on who to support between Makoni district coordination committee chairperson Albert Nyakuyedzwa and Chipinge South MP Enock Porusingazi.<\/p>\n

But Madiro told NewsDay this week that there was an agenda by some individuals to remove him from the hot seat. He said:<\/p>\n

There is agenda-setting that is coming from social media. It is an act of some individuals who do not like me.<\/p>\n
