Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>Aston Villa midfielder and Mamelodi Sundowns full-back Divine Lunga will miss the Warriors final FIFA 2022 World Cup qualifier against Ethiopia due to injury.<\/p>\n

Zimbabwe takes on the Walias this Sunday in the Group G dead rubber encounter, with coach Norman Mapeza\u2019s focus now on rebuilding the squad and preparing for the Africa Cup of Nations finals in Cameroon next year.<\/p>\n

The match will be played at the National Sports Stadium in Harare this Sunday. The kick-off time is 3 PM CAT.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Alec Mudimu is back having been suspended for the Warriors match against South Africa which the Warriors lost 0-1. ZIFA confirmed the development on its social media channels:<\/p>\n

Alec Mudimu returns to boost Norman Mapeza\u2019s options in defence. The Warrior missed the South Africa match serving a suspension.<\/p>\n

Marvelous Nakamba will miss tomorrow\u2019s match due to injury. So will Divine Lunga.<\/p>\n

Mapeza is expected to make some changes to the team which played Bafana Bafana, as he seeks to assess some fringe players ahead of the AFCON finals.<\/p>\n
