Warriors coach Sunday Chidzambwa has implored the media to be objective in its reporting and not dent his image as he slowly moves towards retirement.<\/p>\n
Speaking at the announcement of the 28-man provisional squad for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Congo in Harare on Tuesday, Chidzambwa said he was open to criticism but was hurt by allegations of demanding bribes from players for them to be included into the national team.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am 67, and I am slowly going towards retirement so please let me retire in peace. I am open to criticism and you are educated, you have what is called constructive criticism but alleging that Mhofu is taking money from players is not fair,\u201d said Chidzambwa.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe privilege that you have is that you analyse the game after it had been played, but us we have to set the team and analyse before its played. We accept your criticism but be objective. This is not a Chidzambwa or Kamambo project, this is a national team projec.\u201d<\/p>\n
