Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has announced that the Commissioner-General of Police, Tandabantu Godwin Matanga has re-assigned Deputy Commissioner Generals in the Police to new portfolios as shown below. The re-assignments are premised on enhancing the force\u2019s performance. Pindula News presents a statement issued by police national spokesperson, Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi on the re-assignments:<\/p>\n

The Zimbabwe Republic Police advises the public that the Commissioner-General of Police, Tandabantu Godwin Matanga has re-assigned Deputy Commissioner Generals in the Police to new portfolios as listed.<\/p>\n

1). Deputy Commissioner General Stephen Mutamba from Operations to Administration as Deputy Commissioner-General (Administration),<\/p>\n

2). Deputy Commissioner Mind Elliot Ngirandi from Crime to Human Resources as Deputy Commissioner-General (Human Resources),<\/p>\n

3). Deputy Commissioner-General Learn Ncube from Administration to Operations as Deputy Commissioner-General (Operations),<\/p>\n

4). Deputy Commissioner-General Lorraine Chipato from Human Resources to Crime as Deputy Commissioner-General (Crime).<\/p>\n

The re-assignment is part of the Zimbabwe Republic Police\u2019s Human Resource Policy of enhancing performance in the organisation, ensure versatility among the senior officers, tapping into the senior officers\u2019 experience as well as expertise, job rotation and the need to meet new policing demands as the country gears for Vision 2030.<\/p>\n
