Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>The Zimbabwe Electricity Distribution Company (ZETDC) a subsidiary of the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA) has issued power updates this Tuesday saying some parts of Bindura and Harare are without power. In a statement seen by Pindula News, ZETDC said there is a power outage in some parts of the Harare region due to an underground cable fault. Reads the update:<\/p>\n

The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) would like to apologize to its valued customers in Harare Region for a power outage due to an underground cable fault.<\/p>\n

Areas Affected: Panther Close, St Patrick\u2019s Road, Jongwe Corner Rockwood Road, Clive Road, Verona Road, Seke Road, and the surrounding areas.<\/p>\n

Our teams are working round the clock to ensure full restoration of service.<\/p>\n

The inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.<\/p>\n

The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) would like to advise its valued customers in Northern Region that there will be power supply interruption on Tuesday the 17th of May 2022 from 1030 hours to 1230 hours for the purpose of carrying out critical maintenance works.<\/p>\n

Areas Affected: Bindura Cbd, Fredda Rebecca, Timsite, Bindura Hospital, FSG, ZEGu, Bindura University campuses, Chipadze, Chiwaridzo, Low Density, Manhenga, Matepatepa, Chidembo, Avoca, Radco,Danmglass, Pasango, Piedmont, Cleverhill, Craigside, Kunatsa, Madziva Water Works, and the surrounding areas.<\/p>\n

Customers are advised to treat all circuits as LIVE during this period as power may he restored without notice.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Cold Comfort and some parts of Warren Park have no power due to a fault around the Mereki area which has been unresolved for over a week.
