Young Warriors coach Tonderayi Ndiraya is optimistic of beating Mozambique in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Maputo on Friday.<\/p>\n
Ndiraya and his Under-23 team leaves the country on today and will play the reverse fixture on Tuesday, next week, at the National Sports Stadium.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are going there with a positive mind which is to get a result,\u201d said Ndiraya. \u201cI have been excited by the attitude I am getting from the players.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt has been a long time since we had an Under-23 team, but this group of players is raring to go into battle. They are super excited.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe also have a group of foreign-based players who are thrilled to be in Africa for the first time in their lives while some are returning after many years. This has certainly added the excitement and anxiety in the camp.\u201d<\/p>\n
