Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>South African coach, Pitso Mosimane, has left Egyptian club Al Ahly after a trophy-laden two years at the helm.<\/p>\n

In a statement, Al Ahly said Mosimane decided to step down even though the executive still wanted him to continue as the head coach. Reads the statement:<\/p>\n

Al Alhy and Pitso Mosimane reached an agreement to part ways.<\/b><\/p>\n

Ahmoud El Khatib, the club\u2019s president, held a meeting with Yasin Mansour, the chairman of Al Ahly FC, Hossam Ghaly, the club\u2019s board member and the planning committee members to discuss Mosimane\u2019s future with the club.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, they all decided that he should continue his mission with Al Ahly as a result of the achievement he managed to accomplish during the previous period.<\/p>\n

However, during the meeting that was previously held, Mosimane requested to leave and that \u2018he is satisfied with the achievements he managed to accomplish with the club.<\/p>\n

Later on, Mosimane\u2019s decision was discussed and it was decided to approve his request to part ways with the club and to thank him for the achievements that he accomplished with the club.<\/p>\n
