TelOne appointed Jairos Tapera as the new coach on Tuesday, replacing Joel Luphahla who guided the team to top flight football last year.<\/p>\n
Luphahla is still with the club and was re-assigned to the position of a technical director as he doesn\u2019t have the CAF A licence which allows him to sit on the bench.<\/p>\n
In a statement, the Gweru-based club said: \u201cTelOne is delighted to announce the appointment of Jairos Tapera as Head Coach\u2026 With this appointment, Joel Luphahla who was the Head Coach will assume the role of Technical Manager.\u201d<\/p>\n
Tapera has vast experience in the PSL, having coached a number of clubs such as Black Rhinos, Hwange and FC Platinum. His first assignment is on Sunday against Herentals in Match-day 1 of the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
