Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>Police in Harare have arrested a 16-year-old girl for killing a 35-year-old man with a kitchen wife following a misunderstanding during a beer-drinking binge in Hatcliffe.<\/p>\n

In a statement on Thursday, the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) said the juvenile fatally stabbed Amos Mhere with a knife in the chest on Wednesday around 9.30 PM. Police said:<\/p>\n

On 02\/11\/22, ZRP Borrowdale arrested a 16-year-old girl for murder which occurred on 2\/11\/22 at around 2130 hours at the suspect\u2019s residence at Premier Park, Hatcliffe, Harare.<\/p>\n

The victim, Amos Mhere (35) died on the spot after being stabbed in the chest with a kitchen knife following a misunderstanding during a beer-drinking spree at a shebeen in Hatcliffe.<\/p>\n

In an unrelated incident, Police in Harare arrested a woman for car theft after she hired a vehicle from a car rental company located at the Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport before selling it for US$4 000.<\/p>\n

The suspect, Barbra Vimbai Chitisuro, was nabbed after selling the Honda Fit vehicle to a car dealer in Harare who then put the vehicle on display. ZRP said:<\/p>\n

On 02\/11\/22, Police in Harare arrested Barbra Vimbai Chitisuro in connection with a case of theft of a motor vehicle that occurred in Harare, where she allegedly sold a Honda Fit vehicle (AFS 4457) which she had hired from a car rental company located at RGMI Airport.<\/p>\n

The suspect had hired the car for a week and used a fake vehicle registration book to sell the car for US$4000 to a Harare car dealer. Police have since recovered the vehicle, which was on display at the car dealer\u2019s garage.<\/p>\n
