Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>The Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) has invited members of the public to a five-day Solar Water Heater Design and Installation Training Course which the authority is conducting in partnership with SIRDC. In a statement seen by Pindula News, ZERA said it is targeting individuals with a technical background. Reads the statement:<\/p>\n

Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) in partnership with SIRDC shall be conducting a five-day Solar Water Heater Design and Installation Training Course to improve local capacity in Solar Water Heater installations. The training targets people with a technical background preferably plumbing who are working for companies that design, install, and distribute Solar Water Heaters in Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n

Mutare<\/b> 21- 25 November 2022 (proposed dates<\/b>); 16 November 2022 (Deadline for CVs Submission<\/b>)<\/p>\n

Gweru<\/b> 12-16 December 2022 (proposed dates<\/b>); 7 December 2022 (Deadline for CVs Submission<\/b>)<\/p>\n

Those who meet the above criteria can send their CVs to tmudzingwa@zera.co.zw for consideration, by the 16th of November 2022 for Mutare training and by the 7th of December for the Gweru training. Alternatively, hard copies may be submitted at ZERA Offices, 14th Floor, Century Towers, 45 Samora Machel Avenue. Envelopes containing the CVs should be clearly marked, \u201cEWE Installations Training-Mutare<\/b>\u201d or \u201cSWH Installations Training-Gweru<\/b>. NB. A registration fee of US$50 equivalent shall be required only for those that would have been selected for the training.<\/p>\n
