Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>ChillSpot Records co-owner Rodger Tafadzwa \u201cDJ Levels\u201d Kadzimwe on Tuesday held an hour-long meeting with his ex-girlfriend and rape accuser Shashl ahead of his court appearance at Rotten Row Magistrates Court.<\/p>\n

The meeting was held under a mango tree at Borrowdale Police Station, reported H-Metro<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The investigating officer was asked to step away during the meeting and Levels\u2019 close associate, Arnold \u201cDj fantan\u201d Kamudyariwa, who is also ChillSpot Records co-owner, watched proceedings from a distance.<\/p>\n

Shashl, whose real name is Ashley Moyo, and is the daughter of former Health Minister Obadiah Moyo, also held a meeting with one of her relatives.<\/p>\n

After the meeting, Levels and Shashl reported back to the investigating officer.<\/p>\n

Levels later appeared before a magistrate facing charges of violating the Data Protection Act upon indication that Shashl intended to withdraw rape charges against him. He was granted $20 000 bail.<\/p>\n

The rape and physical abuse charges were referred back to the police for further management upon indications that Shashl intends to withdraw on certain conditions.<\/p>\n

Levels was not asked to plead to the charges when he appeared before Harare magistrate Kudzai Zihove.<\/p>\n

He was ordered to return to court on January 20 when he may be charged with violating some sections of the Data Protection Act.<\/p>\n

Pardon Dziva appeared for the State while lawyer Dumisani Mtombeni represented DJ Levels.<\/p>\n
