Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>Music producer Tafadzwa Kadzimwe, widely known as Levels, appeared in court on Tuesday for routine remand in the matter he is accused of violating the Data Protection Act after he allegedly transmitted nudes without consent.<\/p>\n

He appeared before Harare magistrate Kudzai Zihove, who remanded the matter to 10 March next year.<\/p>\n

The complainant in the matter is Ashley \u201cShashl\u201d Moyo, the daughter of former Health Minister Obadiah Moyo.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors said Levels and Shashl were romantically involved from September last year to November this year.<\/p>\n

It is alleged that during the course of their relationship, they had some misunderstandings which resulted in Shashl breaking up with Levels.<\/p>\n

Levels allegedly tried to persuade Shashl to reconsider her decision and even followed her to Pabloz Club.<\/p>\n

Shashl reportedly spurned Levels\u2019 entreaties whereupon he warned her that she would regret her actions.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors said that after the alleged threats, on 27 November, Shashl saw her videos and pictures that had gone viral on social media, and she immediately suspected Levels of leaking them as revenge porn.<\/p>\n

She claimed that he had previously posted another video of the two kissing in August.<\/p>\n

Shashl initially accused Levels of rape but she later indicated that she wanted to withdraw the charge on certain conditions.<\/p>\n
