Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>Kenneth Sharpe, <\/b>a property mogul, has attributed infrastructural decay at Greenwood Park, Harare Zimbabwe to poor leadership.<\/p>\n

Sharpe posted a video of himself touring Greenwood Park, pointing at some of the features in it and saying its poor state could only be blamed on poor administration.<\/p>\n

He is heard saying \u201cfish rots from the head.\u201d<\/p>\n

Without indicating whether he means central government or council, Sharpe who is one of the many business people aligned with President Emmerson Mnangagwa, called on those responsible to own up to their failures.<\/p>\n

Sharpe is currently funding the construction of a multi-million dollar modern complex in the Borrowdale area. Watch the video below for more:<\/p>\n

Greenwood Park is both a city park and a small urban neighbourhood located in the northeast section of Harare\u2019s central business district.<\/p>\n

It is one of the early subdivisions which were created inside Harare but lay outside of the original, officially-planned City of Salisbury.<\/p>\n
