Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>A ZANU PF official in Kwekwe, Midlands Province, says Kwekwe Central MP, Judith Tobaiwa (CCC), should not be allowed to make any public addresses in the city, including at funerals, reported NewZimbabwe.com.<\/p>\n

Addressing a recent inter-district meeting, ZANU PF administrative head for Kwekwe District Jacob Chokururama, said:<\/p>\n

We have shadow MPS and Councillors in our city. Give them an opportunity to make the addresses.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t allow her (Tobaiwa) to address even at funerals. Why are you giving her that opportunity to address?<\/p>\n

ZANU PF has failed to win Kwekwe Central over the past few general elections and Chokururama said this should come to an end. He said:<\/p>\n

As Kwekwe Central we must look into the issue. Let us vote in such a way that will make our President sleep peacefully.<\/p>\n

Let us vote in such a manner that will perpetuate ZANU PF rule. In Judith Tobaiwa we don\u2019t have an MP.<\/p>\n

This time around let us go back to the basics and vote for the party. We don\u2019t want a repeat of what happened.<\/p>\n

Chokururama also complained that CCC was enjoying unfettered freedom in Kwekwe. He said:<\/p>\n

If we give people freedom, they tend to forget where we came from. How do we pay homage, to those long departed whose remains are scattered in Zambia and Mozambique? It\u2019s by voting for ZANU PF.<\/p>\n

Everyone is now a political commissar, go and campaign for ZANU PF to win.<\/p>\n

We mustn\u2019t label each other or finger-pointing. We mustn\u2019t fight against each other. Let\u2019s be united.<\/p>\n

We mustn\u2019t be given a headache by a party without structures. It\u2019s someone\u2019s personal company, not a party.<\/p>\n

They brought sanctions so that we will fight amongst ourselves.<\/p>\n

Chamisa\u2019s party doesn\u2019t even have its own constitution. This time around we are reclaiming our seat.<\/p>\n
