Reads the notice:<\/p>\n<p>IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs has, in terms of section 280(7) of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act [Chapter 9:23], made the following notice:\u2014<\/p>\n<p>1. This notice may be cited as the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) (Standard Scale of Fines) Notice, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>2. The Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) (Standard Scale of Fines) Notice, 2021, published in Statutory Instrument 209 of 2021, is hereby repealed.<\/p>\n<p>4.
