Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>The Apostolic Faith Mission in Zimbabwe (AFM)<\/b> has resolved to hold all its National Conferences as per the Church\u2019s calendar of events.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, AFM leadership notified congregants that the Youth Conference that was scheduled to be held at Rufaro Conference Centre in Masvingo in April had been postponed due to financial constraints.<\/p>\n

But in another notice issued on Wednesday, 01 March 2023, AFM president Amon Madawo said the church will launch fundraising initiatives to ensure that all National Conferences go ahead as scheduled. He said:<\/p>\n

We are glad to advise that… following intensive engagements and arrangements made by the Church Leadership and its departments on the state of the church and… following discussions on sustainable fund-raising initiatives…<\/p>\n

The National Executive Board has reconsidered its decision and all National Conferences will go ahead as per the Church\u2019s calendar of events.<\/p>\n

Details on how our conferences and fundraising will proceed will be communicated by the National Management Committee and the relevant departments.<\/p>\n

All church members are encouraged to participate in the fundraising initiatives and to attend the conferences for our spiritual fellowship.<\/p>\n
