These are:<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Chief Secretary \u2013 <b>Finance, Administration and Human Resources<\/b> in the Office of the President and Cabinet \u2013 Zvinechimwe Churu<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Chief Secretary \u2013 <b>Presidential Communications<\/b> in the Office of the President and Cabinet \u2013 George Charamba<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Chief Secretary \u2013 <b>Policy Analysis, Coordination and Development Planning<\/b> in the Office of the President and Cabinet \u2013 William L. Manungo.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Chief Secretary \u2013 <b>Social Services<\/b> in the Office of the President and Cabinet \u2013 Rev.
