{"id":8613,"date":"2019-05-10T15:12:21","date_gmt":"2019-05-10T15:12:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.com\/zimbabwe\/?p=8613"},"modified":"2019-05-10T15:12:21","modified_gmt":"2019-05-10T15:12:21","slug":"pg-requests-buyanga-baby-mamas-docket-for-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.cc\/zimbabwe\/all-news\/pg-requests-buyanga-baby-mamas-docket-for-management","title":{"rendered":"PG requests Buyanga baby mama\u2019s docket \u201cfor management\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PROSECUTOR General (PG), Kumbirai Hodzi is currently handling the docket in which Frank Buyanga Saiqi\u2019s girlfriend is face a contempt of court charge after she reportedly refused to hand over their child\u2019s passport.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor Sebastin Mutizirwa told court on Friday that \u201cThe PG has requested for the docket for further management.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Buyanga\u2019s ex-girlfriend, Chantelle Tatenda Muteswa (31) is facing contempt of court charges.<\/p>\n<p>Her case was remanded to June 4.<\/p>\n<p>It is the State\u2019s case that on January 11, the Magistrates\u2019 court ordered Muteswa to release the child\u2019s passport to Buyanga whenever he had access to the child.<\/p>\n<p>The court heard that on April 19, Muteswa sent the child to Buyanga\u2019s house in the company of her maid but did not release the passport as ordered by the court.<\/p>\n<p>It is alleged that Buyanga was informed by his gardener that the child was now home, but without the passport, which prompted him to call Muteswa asking her about the passport, but she switched off her phone.<\/p>\n<p>Buyanga reported the matter at Borrowdale Police Station leading to Muteswa\u2019s arrest.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PROSECUTOR General (PG), Kumbirai Hodzi is currently handling the docket in which Frank Buyanga Saiqi\u2019s girlfriend is face a contempt of court charge after she reportedly refused to hand over their child\u2019s passport.
