Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>The Premier League has deducted 10 points from Everton, following an investigation into a breach of profit and sustainability rules.<\/p>\n

The Goodison Park club insist they are \u201cshocked and disappointed\u201d by the punishment and will appeal.<\/p>\n

An official club statement read: \u201cBoth the harshness and severity of the sanction imposed by the Commission are neither a fair nor a reasonable reflection of the evidence submitted\u201d.<\/p>\n

The deduction is the largest in the history of the Premier League.<\/p>\n

It takes immediate effect, plunging Sean Dyche\u2019s team into the relegation zone.<\/p>\n
