How to Buy<\/b><\/p>\n

You have the following options for buying NetOne Airtime:Usanetseke neNetOne airtime.<\/b><\/p>\n

Techzim\u2019s USSD code *405#<\/b> \u2013 with this option, you can pay with EcoCash ZWL or USD whichever you choose. You can also use Innbucks.<\/p>\n

Techzim Website<\/b>: You can also buy on the web using this link: https:\/\/www.techzim.co.zw\/airtime\/<\/p>\n

NetOne OneMoney<\/b>: You can also use NetOne mobile money platform, OneMoney. Ofcourse you will need to have some money there to start with.<\/p>\n

Turning off Out of Bundle Browsing<\/b><\/p>\n

One complaint people have had these recent weeks is that their airtime gets used up before they have a chance to convert it to a data bundle.<\/p>\n

You need to turn off Out of Bundle browsing. To do that dial *130#<\/b>
\nTurn off data before you buy airtime<\/b><\/p>\n

Even with Out of Bundle Browsing turned off, sometimes strange things happen and you find your airtime has been used.<\/p>\n

To avoid this just make sure data is turned off completely before you buy airtime.<\/p>\n

On Android phones, do this:<\/p>\n

go to settings<\/p>\n

Go to networking<\/p>\n

Switch off the data component<\/p>\n

Converting NetOne Airtime to Bundles<\/b><\/p>\n

To convert NetOne airtime to Bundles dial *379#<\/p>\n

You can convert to data bundles or voice bundles.<\/p>\n

What are the NetOne Off Peak Hours?<\/b><\/p>\n

NetOne does not have Off Peak consumption of its data bundles.<\/p>\n

The company used to have off peak consumption from 10PM to 4am the next day. However in May 2023 it scrapped off peak consumption.<\/p>\n
