The frontline has only succeeded to find the target twice, and the last occasion came on Match-day 3 against Harare City.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to the press on Thursday ahead of the Sunday\u2019s encounter against TelOne, Madinda said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are doing everything we can to try and get the players motivated. We have gotten the professionals who can psych the boys.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s very important at this stage for them to hear a different voice, speaking something, not football.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou can understand that as human beings, as things unfold, the players can bump into a supporter in the street who can mock and make them feel bad because of the results.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo we want a voice which can try to lift them up after such incidents.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"ajdg_bnnrwidgets-20\" class=\"widget ajdg_bnnrwidgets \">\n<div class=\"apckejb-single apckejb-45\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Highlanders coach Madinda Ndlovu has revealed that the club has hired psycho expects to motivate the players mentally following a string of unconvincing results.
