Warriors coach Sunday Chidzambwa says he has learnt a lot of things from the goalless draw against Nigeria on Saturday.<\/p>\n
The encounter was part of the Afcon preparations for both teams and might have been the last competitive fixture for Zimbabwe before the tournament starts in Egypt on June 21.<\/p>\n
\u201cI have learnt a lot in the Super Eagles, but the best thing was the way they support the ball carrier and forming around the ball, keeping possession \u2013 they were very good. As I said before, it\u2019s a learning curve, and I have learnt a lot of things,\u201d Chidzambwa told reporters after the game.<\/p>\n
Nigeria captain John Obi Mikel played until the 84th minute while Ahmed Musa came on as a second-half substitute. Other big names that featured in the game include Brighton & Hove defender Leon Balogun and Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi.<\/p>\n
And with such crop of players and the way they played on Saturday, Chidzambwa believes the West Africans can reach far at the 2019 Afcon finals.<\/p>\n
